We own a factory covering an area of 3,000 m², meeting industrial standards and equipped with a modern, closed-loop production line that ensures high productivity and excellent quality. Our factory meets all needs for growing media and bedding for livestock using Cocopeat and Coco Coir.

 Production Process

1. **Raw Materials**:
   - **Organic Mature Coconut Shells**: We carefully select and meticulously inspect mature coconut shells to ensure the best quality. The shells are thoroughly washed to remove dirt and impurities.

2. **Grinding and Screening**:
   - After cleaning, the coconut shells are ground and screened to eliminate impurities and unsuitable sizes. Only the largest and most suitable coconut coir particles are selected.

3. **Washing Process**:
   - The coir is washed with clean water twice, followed by treatment with calcium nitrate to neutralize and remove astringent compounds such as tannins and lignin. A final wash with clean water is performed to ensure optimal purity. The electrical conductivity (EC) is maintained below 0.4 ms/cm, and the pH is kept between 5.5 and 6.5.

4. **Drying and Sterilization**:
   - The processed coir is dried using a modern closed-loop drying system that operates continuously, achieving a capacity of 50 tons in 20 hours. This process reduces the moisture content to below 15% while effectively sterilizing the product to ensure safety for users.

5. **Packaging**:
   - The final product is packaged using modern machinery with automatic weighing to ensure accuracy and variety in sizes and weights according to customer requirements. We also offer block pressing to create shapes as needed.
