Light gravel for lightweight concrete - Sell keramzit light gravel for concrete
INFORMATION AND INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE OF SMALL BETWEEN SMALL FIBER
Light gravel in Keramzit Lightweight Concrete is mixed with cement, sand & water in the same proportions as regular concrete. Due to its lightweight properties, it can cause stratification, so when mixing Lightweight concrete, you can add 1-2% plasticizer (Sikament NN) and then compact it like normal concrete.
- Instructions for mixing Keramzit lightweight concrete:

1,5 1,5 – 1,52 |
200 – 210 210 - 250 |
- Keramzit grain composition has a mass of 600kg/m3
- Grain size: 4 - 8 mm: 30% and grain size: 10 - 20 mm: 70%
- Adhesive: PC cement 30
- Additives: water reducing plasticizer (Sikament NN...)
- Silicafume additive (If producing high grade concrete)
Note: Dry mix proportions of cement, sand, and light gravel in a concrete mixer. Then mix 1-2% plasticizer into the appropriate amount of water. Pour the admixture water into the mixer to make the lightweight concrete mortar dry. Lightweight concrete can be compacted or compacted like normal concrete.
VINATAP light gravel satisfies the technical features to produce super light, soundproof, heat-insulating, high-strength concrete.
Bemes light gravel is effective in construction or renovation projects where the foundation is weak
- Light gravel is used to concrete floors, ceilings, columns and beams thanks to the advantage of 50% weight reduction, grade 250 like normal concrete.
- Light gravel used to produce light block bricks, precast concrete structures...
- Light gravel is used to decorate the garden, grow ornamental plants, hydroponic plants on the terrace thanks to its moisture-retaining, lightweight, non-toxic properties to the soil.
