Peat moss for nurseries - Made in Viet Nam

 Peat Moss – slightly to moderately decomposed  mosses that is well known worldwide because of its biological, physical and chemical parameters. It is an excellent horticultural soil-less material (growing media) that is widely used in greenhouses, open-air plant productions, mushroom industry and more.

8/ Peat moss VinaTap is carefully buffered and treated with high temperatures >400 degrees Celsius so there are no fungi, bacteria, insects or other harmful microorganisms. This soil is loose, light, and breathable because of the natural porous structure of the material. It stores water moderately without draining too quickly, making it the ideal substrate for plant roots to develop best from young to mature.

  Peat moss is exploited and brought to the screening plant to remove impurities. Then put the peat moss into the drying oven at high temperature from 800-900 degrees C, from the initial humidity 65% to <20% moisture to remove Bitumen. Then the Peat Moss is crushed through the hammer mill system, the particle size is obtained from 0.5 - 6mm. After crushing, peat moss is put into the block press by the conveyor system into the block press with a compression ratio of 7/1. Here the peat moss blocks are compacted and packed in the sizes required by the customer.

Rêu than bùn được khai thác đưa về nhà máy sàng lọc loại bỏ tạp chất. Sau đó đưa Rêu Than Bùn vào lò sấy khô ở nhiệt độ cao từ 800-900 độ C, tưg độ ẩm ban đầu 65% về độ ẩm <20% để loại bỏ Bitumic. Sau đó Rêu Than Bùn được nghiền nhỏ qua hệ thống nghiền búa, kích thước hạt thu được từ 0,5 - 6mm. Sau nghiền, Rêu Than Bùn đưa vào máy ép khối theo hệ thống băng chuyền vào máy ép khối với tỉ nện nén là 7/1. Ở đây các khối Rêu Than Bùn được nén và đóng gói với các kích cỡ theo yêu cầu của khách hàng.
