We also offer a specially screened grade targeting 80 litres per 5kg block, priced at USD 580/MT FOB, equivalent to USD 2.90 per block. Buffering treatment and any applicable 40ft HC discount for this grade will be confirmed separately.

2. Detailed Product Specifications

The table below distinguishes our production specifications from parameters that still require laboratory verification. These figures are not presented as shipment-lot test results.

3. Particle-Size Distribution

• Sieve Fractions (>4mm, >2mm, >850 microns, >425 microns, >250 microns, >150 microns): Not tested.
• <150 microns: Screened for removal in standard Low-EC grades; residual percentage not tested.

4. Special 80-Litre Grade

The expansion figures on our website refer to different product grades. The standard Low-EC grades quoted above have a production expansion figure of 65–70 L per block. The 80 L grade is a separate, specially screened product priced at USD 580/MT FOB (USD 2.90 per block), screened to remove fine particles below 0.5mm with an expansion target of 16 L/kg.

Since expanded volume is critical to your blending formulas, we suggest approving a sample against an agreed expansion procedure before finalizing the order.

5. Washing and Drying Process

• Washing Line: Integrated washing, holding/buffering and rinsing system using fresh water compliant with export standards.
• Drying Equipment: Enclosed rotary drum with continuous material mixing.
• Temperatures & Time: Hot-air inlet temperature approximately 550°C, outlet temperature above 95°C, processing time approx. 40 minutes before cooling.

6. Packing and Container Loading

• 20ft Container (Trial Order): Palletised arrangement, preliminary 10 pallets, approx. 1,950–2,000 blocks, net product weight 9.75–10 MT.
• 40ft HC Container: 20 MT net product weight, 4,000 blocks loaded on 18 pallets (approx. 222–223 blocks per pallet) using heavy-duty export shrink film.

7. Factory and Export Experience

• Factory Facilities: Covered production area approx. 5,000m² (dewatering, drying, block compression, packing, palletising) and outdoor operating area approx. 28,000m² (coconut-husk storage, washing, buffering).

8. Samples and Test Reports

• Sample Blocks: Available free of charge via DHL (courier charges paid by recipient in advance to DHL Vietnam).
• Testing & Reports: Vinacontrol Vietnam report available for review. SGS testing of current sample can be arranged and paid for with scope agreed beforehand.

9. Commercial Terms

• Trade Term: FOB Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam (Destination: Long Beach, California, USA). Ocean freight excluded.
• Payment Terms: 50% deposit upon order confirmation; 50% balance against copy of Bill of Lading.
• Lead Time: 15 days from receipt of deposit.
• Minimum Order Quantity: One 20ft container (proposed trial order).
