The VinaTap Cocopeat Block 5kg is manufactured to meet strict international export standards, offering superior performance for agriculture, hydroponics and livestock bedding systems. Unlike low-grade coco peat from India, Sri Lanka or Indonesia, VinaTap coco peat undergoes advanced soaking, incubation, drying, sterilization and compression processes for maximum purity, safety and consistency.
Each 5kg block expands to 65–75 liters of fluffy, aerated and moisture-rich substrate, suitable for a wide range of crops and farming applications.

Production Process of VinaTap Coco Peat & Coir Products
1. Raw Material Selection
Fresh, mature coconut husks are carefully sourced from verified suppliers.
2. Crushing & Sieving
Husks are crushed, separated and screened to remove coarse particles, sand and impurities.
3. Triple Soaking & Incubation
- Soaked in clean water three times
- Incubated for 15 days
- Pressed to moisture <40%
This stage removes salts, tannins, lignin residues and organic contaminants to produce low-EC, clean coco peat.
4. High-Heat Drying
Materials are dried in rotary drums at 350–400°C, ensuring sterilization and consistent dryness across all fibers and particles.
5. Hydraulic Compression
The dried coco peat is compressed into 5kg blocks using automated hydraulic pressing systems.
6. Packing & Export
Blocks are packed, palletized and loaded into containers for global shipment.
