Our Story
VinaTap Vietnam was founded with a clear vision: to maximize Vietnam’s abundant coconut resources and turn them into high-value, sustainable growing media for modern agriculture. We started as a local manufacturer and gradually invested in better machines, cleaner processing and more professional quality control.
Today, our production lines operate with 80–90% automation, helping us improve efficiency, ensure consistency and reduce the environmental footprint of our processes. We continuously upgrade our facilities, drying systems and washing technology to meet the requirements of demanding export markets.
VinaTap products are now used by growers in Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Korea, Canada, the USA, Europe, China, Taiwan, the Middle East and many other regions.
Our Manufacturing Facilities
VinaTap owns and operates several production lines in Vietnam with large-scale capacity and stable raw material sourcing.
- Total factory area: approx. 16,000 m²
- Workshops & warehousing: over 3,000 m²
- High-capacity rotary dryers working at 600–700°C
- Biomass furnaces and hot-air systems for continuous drying
- Washing, screening and dust-removal systems
- Hydraulic presses and automatic baling lines
- Palletized container loading for safe and fast export
From these facilities, we manufacture and supply:
- Coco peat compressed blocks (5 kg, 2 kg, 650 g)
- Coco husk chip blocks and loose husk chips
- Premium low-EC washed coco peat
- Coir-based grow bags (standard and custom sizes)
- 50 L & 100 L retail bags and 6,000 L jumbo bags
- Coir fiber and blended substrates (peat + chip + fiber)
