VinaTap Coco Pellets (Coco Plugs) are compressed coco peat plugs used as a ready-to-use growing substrate for seedling, nursery and hydroponic systems. They offer excellent water retention, high air-filled porosity and stable structure, allowing roots to grow through the biodegradable mesh and be transplanted directly into grow bags or open field without disturbing the root system.

How to Use VinaTap Coco Pellets
- Hydrate the pellets: Place coco pellets in a tray or container and add clean water or dilute nutrient solution. Within 10–20 seconds they will start to expand. Add water until fully saturated.
- Prepare the plug: Gently press around the expanded plug so all cocopeat is evenly moist and loosened.
- Sow seeds: Make a small hole in the center and sow 1–3 seeds (depending on crop). Cover lightly with a thin layer of cocopeat.
- Maintain moisture: Keep the plugs moist but not flooded. Use a humidity dome or plastic cover if needed for faster germination.
- Check daily: Monitor germination and add water as needed. Avoid letting the plug dry out completely.
- Transplant: When roots grow through the mesh and seedlings are strong, transplant the entire plug into pots, grow bags or soil beds.
